All my items are handmade so every piece is individual. Colours and fixtures may vary slightly from the images depending on what we have in stock and also the lighting in the photography. I am constantly modifying my bags to improve the quality and functionality, if you ordered a bag a few months ago it is likely I have now moved on from that design so if you are hoping for matching pair please get in touch and I will see what I can do for you. I cannot say it enough that my bags are not like what you buy in the shops, they are handmade, vintage style creations and are not churned out in a factory. Aesthetic imperfections on the skin and in the workmanship are typical features of my bags and I believe they add character and charm. If you want a perfect leather bag I'm sad to say this probably isn't the one for you, they are rustic and rugged and I believe this adds to their story.
Remember you are buying a traditionally handmade piece of craft so some minor production imperfections may occur.
Imperfections such as minor scuffing, colour and grain variations, minor bruising and other blemishes are normal and are an important part of my creations. My leather is not chemically treated and so will have blemishes and imperfections as standard, these vary, making each one totally unique and beautiful. Your bag will have a leather smell, this will fade with age.

I am more than happy to discuss customs orders but please remember they will incur an extra charge and may take considerably longer to make. Custom orders are bound by the same terms and conditions as my stock bags. However, custom orders are non returnable, if your custom bag is faulty it will need to be sent back for repair.
I offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all unused items except for monogrammed bags, seconds and custom orders, so if your purchase isn't everything you hoped for then please send it back I will refund you upon it's return, unfortunately I am unable to refund postage costs, you may be liable to pay any import duties if an item is sent back with the wrong documentation so please contact me before returning. As I have very limited stock I am unable to offer exchanges at the moment, if you would like to swap your purchase I ask you to send it back for a refund and re-order.
